Your impact
As a People Services Officer, you will help ensure employee data is accurate, secure, and processed efficiently across our HR systems. Your work supports seamless employee experiences by maintaining high-quality records, resolving employee inquiries, and enabling reliable HR operations across the organization.
As part of our team, you will
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Process People Services transactions in systems such as SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
- Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and required HR transactions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or escalate issues when necessary.
- Apply established processes and standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Post-secondary education or relevant HR / administrative experience.
- Foundational knowledge of HR practices and processes.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to solve problems using structured processes and practical judgment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
