Your impact
You will help ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery by processing payroll data, resolving payroll issues, and maintaining compliant payroll records. Your work supports reliable payroll operations while ensuring employees are paid correctly and regulatory requirements are met.
As part of our team, you will
- Process employee payroll data, including work hours, pay rates, and other payroll inputs in the SAP payroll system.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and correct errors before final payroll submission.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, pay history, and tax records.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with regulatory and collective bargaining requirements.
- Execute exception payments and support benefits, bonus, and incentive payments.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries related to pay, taxes, and deductions.
- Monitor payroll quality and resolve performance or processing issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes.
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll systems and payroll processing practices. Familiarity with SuccessFactors Remuneration module and payroll service delivery standards.
- Understanding of payroll management, auditing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate payroll data for performance and compliance.
