Your impact
You will support accurate and timely payroll processing by maintaining employee payroll data, resolving payroll inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your work helps ensure employees are paid correctly and on time while maintaining reliable payroll records.
As part of our team, you will
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, pay history, and tax information.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, taxes, deductions, and payroll matters.
- Support payroll reporting and assist with audit activities
- Ensure compliance with payroll procedures, policies, and performance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes.
- Process employee payroll data in the SAP payroll system and reconcile errors before payroll submission. (Plus)
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Technical certificate or studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Understanding of payroll management, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, analyze payroll data, and resolve payroll issues effectively.
- Knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll systems and payroll processes and familiarity with SuccessFactors Remuneration module and payroll service delivery standards (plus)
