Job Purpose

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Phosphate Mechanical Plant Equipment to ensure equipment productivity and reliability during plant operation at all times.

Key Accountabilities

Receives detailed and prioritized Work Orders from Supervisor to repair or maintain mechanical equipment to always ensure equipment operation efficiently and effectively.
Following Ma’aden Work Permit System and LOTO procedure always ensure a safe working acts/conditions and environment.
Strips equipment to ascertain maintenance or repair requirements. Corrective maintenance including dismantling equipment, inspection & identification of damaged spares and request supervisor for required spares, inspection of receives spares as per specifications, reassembling/repairing of the equipment as per the standard maintenance procedure /manufacturer’s specs. Preventive maintenance as per standard maintenance procedure /PM strategies.
Carries out good housekeeping by ensuring the area is left clean and tidy that no tools are left lying around after completion of job and before closing work permit.
Writes and submits reports to supervisor regarding predictive maintenance requirements of equipment, tools and consumable requirements, etc.
Participates in the training of Saudi National who may be assigned to his section/area.
Performs other similar or related duties as directed by his supervisor
