What Would You Be Responsible For
- Timely & accurate processing of invoices/related queries
- Efficient and accurate processing of invoices/related within the given SLA. This includes data entry, validation, and verification of invoice details such as pricing, quantities, terms, approvals, and relevant supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address invoice processing queries efficiently and effectively.
- Adherence to Policies and Guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding invoice processing.
- Follow established processes and controls to maintain accuracy and integrity in invoice processing.
- Professional Development
- Take responsibility for personal growth and development in the field, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
What Experience, Skills And Qualifications Are Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in the P2P domain, preferably in Account payable processes
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems for invoice processing, with knowledge of relevant modules and functionalities
- Familiarity with invoice processing workflows, including invoice review, approval, and payment processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
