What Would You Be Responsible For
- Timely & accurate processing of payments / related queries
- Efficient and accurate processing of cash payments/related queries within the given SLA. This includes verifying details such as pricing, quantities, terms, approvals, relevant supporting documentation, preparation of payment files, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment processing queries efficiently and effectively
- Create and review payment runs in SAP and manual payments on banking portal
- Perform bank account administration and maintenance activities
- Monitor bank transactions and manage payment runs
- Reconcile and review payment reconciliations
- Adherence to Policies and Guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding cash management
- Follow established processes and controls to maintain accuracy and integrity in cash management and payment processing
- Understand the risk and compliance landscape, including SOX responsibilities, other internal controls and ensure that all requirements are met

- Take responsibility for personal growth and development in the field, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
What Experience, Skills And Qualifications Are Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 0-2 years of prior experience in the P2P domain, preferably in Cash Management, Forecasting processes and Banking
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems for payment processing, with knowledge of relevant modules and functionalities
- Familiarity with cash management workflows, banking systems, and payment processes
- Familiarity with working with SAP and Power BI, Purchase to Pay processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
