Job Description
The Engineering and Computer Science summer student role offers a chance to dive into some hands-on projects and tackle exciting, thought-provoking challenges.
Successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Create or modify CAD models and drawings according to Redpath’s standards.
- Design, create, assemble, and test electronics prototypes. Includes physical enclosures, component selection, and firmware development.
- Produce thorough documentation supporting all prototypes.
- Maintain organization of assets including CAD, PCB layouts and code repositories.
- Support Redpath engineering personnel on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Currently attending College or University
- Experience in Engineering is an asset
Knowledge Required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
