This summer student position offers an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the fields of project accounting, financial reporting, and budget forecasting.
Responsibilities
Project Accounting Tasks:
- A/R Reporting
- A/R reconciliations and clean up
- Miscellaneous Invoices for equipment sales
- Intercompany Invoicing
- Sales Order Invoicing
- Month End tasks as required
Financial Reporting
- Account Reconciliations
- Fixed Assets Reconciliation and Administration
- Commodity Tax Return Preparation
- Month End tasks as required
Budget/Forecasting
- Assist with Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast preparation
