KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a Senior Officer, Catering (Camps and Facilities)
The Kamoa Copper Mine, is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It's a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometres west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometres west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.

To manage and ensure, efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of camp operations in accordance with agreed polices, standards and procedures. To effectively manage and monitor the camp facilities service provider, ensuring maximum compliance to set contractual obligations
You will have the following:
Diploma in Professional Asian Cuisine
Certificate in Catering
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Asian/Chinese Cooking
You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:
- Fluent and proficient in Chinese and English language
- Health and Safety standards
- Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine
- Catering managements and hospitality management practices and policies
Technical Skills should include:
- Housekeeping/Catering/Maintenance/People Management
Personal Competencies should include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
