Position: Principal Specialist Distribution
Location: This job requires relocation to Ras Al Khair, Eastern Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:
"To lead and contribute to the development and execution of global distribution strategies, driving process optimization, performance excellence, and ensuring robust compliance within the distribution function."
Key Accountabilities:
- "Lead the monitoring and analysis of supply chain and finance activities related to distribution, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions."
- "Develop and present comprehensive performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to senior management."
- "Proactively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all distribution and supply chain activities."
- "Drive the optimization of IT distribution systems and integrations, ensuring efficiency, security, and adherence to safety protocols."
- "Contribute to the development and management of the annual budget and strategic business plans for the distribution function."
- "Lead and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing distribution business performance, driving efficiency and profitability."
- "Ensure all distribution activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies."
- "Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing."
Minimum Requirements:
•Minimum 8 years of experience in ammonia, phosphate, or chemical plant operations, or related industries.
