The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of electrical refrigeration equipment on our site.
You will be responsible for:
- Completing preventative electrical and refrigeration maintenance
- Ensure that electrical and refrigeration breakdowns are rectified or reported for follow up and action;
- Completing isolations and preparation of electrical and refrigeration equipment for maintenance in line with safety standards
- The preparation and completion of all required written documentation
- Communicating maintenance priorities at shift handover
- Maintenance and repairs on Electrical Equipment within a laboratory, workshops and offices
About You
This role would suit a skilled Electrical Refrigeration Technician looking to work for our friendly and knowledgeable team with unlimited learning potential. You will also have:
- A Current and valid Unrestricted WA Electricians licence;
- ARC Refrigerant Handling licence
- A current & valid Manual C class drivers licence
- Previous experience working in a similar role and environment under safe work practices
- CPR First Aid qualification, High Voltage Switching qualification Safe Work at Heights; Safe Work in Confined Spaces, High Risk Work Licence – EWP and Radiation Safety Isolation Officer Qualification (Advantageous)
- A good understanding of a continuously operating process plant environment
