About The Role
Join our inclusive Planning team at our at our Pilbara site at Hope Downs 4. We are looking for a
HME Scheduler who will be accountable for scheduling various maintenance work to support the safe and efficient preparation and execution of maintenance at Hope Downs 4.
This role is suited to a highly motivated individual who is passionate about being part of the solution, driving positive outcomes and has a desire to develop their knowledge in maintenance scheduling.
Reporting to the
Superintendent Planning and Scheduling, you will
- Develop maintenance schedules to enable efficient and effective execution in order to optimise cost and resource efficiency
- Identify critical path, all resources required and schedule load within targets
- Support quality execution of current schedule whilst identifying opportunities to analyse and improve future schedules
- Facilitate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders about upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place
What You’ll Bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
- Prior SAP and scheduling experience
- Prometheus exposure would be beneficial but not necessary
- Be proactive with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
- Trade or Engineering qualification preferred but not essential
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Process driven with Work Management knowledge
- The ability to communicate effectively, work and interact with others in a dynamic environment
- C Class manual licence
