In this role you will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) Engineering and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Facilitator (HRD) Engineering;Performing facilitation and assessment and constantly ensure that high quality theoretical and practical training is presented at the training centre;
- Compliance with the companies HSEC system is essential; and
- Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements and the company standards / policies.
About you:
- Grade 12;
- Computer Literacy;
- ENG Native courses (Aid Certificate/N qualification) as an advantage;
- Training and coaching experience as advantage;
- Competent B as added advantage;
- Relevant formal training qualification (Assessor, Facilitator certificate or alternatively Train the Trainer certificate);
- Minimum of three (3) years engineering experience;
- Previous experience as a Facilitator within the mining environment;
- Able to conduct Planned task observations and perform follow-ups;
- Drivers licence; and
- Proficient in English written language.
