OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
The training unit is involved in providing various training courses to meet legal requirements and to equip employees with the necessary skills. To achieve the training goals and objectives, the maintenance of training records is crucial. Therefore, the role purpose of Cleark 2 data entry is to ensure training records is accurate and secure into digital systems, while maintaining data integrity. This includes handling routine clerical tasks relating to entering or updating data in the Learning Management System (LMS) and on other storage tools/facilities.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Capture and maintain training and safety data records
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and compliance data
- Support reporting and documentation for training and safety activities
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and database
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Records Management/ Secretarial services
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Two (2) years working on records management or secretarial work
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data capturing, sorting, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with HR or training management systems
- Ability to manage and update electronic and manual records
- Basic knowledge of report generation and data tracking
- Basic understanding of training and safety compliance requirements
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Awareness of data protection and privacy standards
