Preferred Background: Google, Microsoft, Equinix is a Plus
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QC Lead – Electrical to oversee quality control activities on hyperscale data centre construction projects across Europe. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in electrical QA/QC, compliance, installation quality, commissioning, and documentation management in a mission‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical QC processes on data centre construction projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client standards
- Manage inspections, testing, commissioning records, and handover documentation
- Liaise with general contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Drive quality improvements and resolve NCRs, punch lists, and deviations
- Support project delivery teams with electrical technical expertise
- Maintain full traceability of all QA/QC documentation
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Qualification
- 7–10+ years of QA/QC experience in construction
- Data centre experience (GC + subcontractor background strongly preferred)
- Familiar with commissioning, LV/MV systems, grounding, UPS, switchgear
- Strong reporting, inspection, and documentation control
- Willingness to travel across EU project sites
- EU Passport required
