We are looking for a
Coordinator Planning to exist as a key catalyst to centralization of the work planning function for the purpose of improving the maturity of Work Management within the area of responsibility, to ensure availability and reliability at a minimum cost. This role will also be reporting in a matrix structure to the Manager Asset Management in order to deliver on a Top-Down approach to Work Management Best Practices.
Reporting to the
Reliability Maintenance Manager and working in a challenging and exciting environment within Asset Management Operations, you will be
- Identifying, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information to support effective asset management and related decisions.
- Providing information for systematic and rigorous root-cause analysis.
- Participating in improvement and review of asset tactics.
- Using all available asset health information for improved planning effectiveness
- Managing the processes needed to implement whole of life plans.
- Participate in reviewing and improving asset management strategies and tactics.
- Applying the appropriate change practices.
- Applying continuous improvement principles.
What You’ll Bring
- N6 Diploma/S4 Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
- Trade Tested with 5 to 8 years exposure to aspects of Work Management and Planning environment.
- Asset Management and/or Work Management Certifications (advantageous)
- Prior training in Work Management and experience in coaching within aspects Work Management
- 8 years’ experience working and improving the Work Management process. Be familiar with global Asset Management Standards and best practices.
