Position Scaffold Inspector
Location Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan
Qualification
Minimum Scaffolding Inspector Diploma or Graduate with major in any discipline.
Preferably International certifications like IIRSM, UKQAM, OSHAC, and Working at Heights certification are preferred.
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as Scaffold Inspector at field level, supervising of assembling and dismantling of scaffoldings OR Minimum 7 years of experience as scaffolder.
Requirements Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice. They should possess excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities are required, along with basic computer skills.
Responsibilities Ensure scaffolding on construction projects complies with standards, laws, and RDMC procedures. Inspect scaffolds for safety, structural integrity, and compliance, rejecting damaged or substandard materials. Advise on specialized scaffolds, calculate counterweights for heavy-duty suspended scaffolding, and guide safe work practices. Conduct daily inspections, final checks, and audits to ensure scaffold safety and contractor compliance.
