Position Health and Wellbeing Officer

Location Reko Diq SITE – Balochistan

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
Valid certification or license to practice physiotherapy in the relevant region.
Further education in physical rehabilitation or health and wellness (if applicable) is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a physiotherapist in a health clinic, hospital, or rehabilitation center.
Experience working with clients of various ages and fitness levels.
Experience in corporate wellness programs or organizational health initiatives is a plus.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and post-injury recovery.
Experience in handling musculoskeletal conditions, postural disorders, and physical rehabilitation.
In-depth understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Capability to explain physiotherapy procedures and their benefits in a simple, easy-to- understand manner.
Skills in providing motivation and psychological support to assist clients in their recovery process.
Proficient in conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including physical examinations, muscle strength tests, and movement analysis.
Experience in designing and tailoring exercise or rehabilitation programs to meet individual needs.
Skilled in using common physiotherapy tools and equipment.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple duties in a busy environment.
Capable of working independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Skills in documenting and reporting client progress accurately.
Understanding of overall health and wellness principles.
Ability to create wellness plans based on data and physical assessments.
Proficiency in using up-to-date physiotherapy and fitness technology.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and recommendations on physical care and recovery to individuals or groups in need.
Design personalized exercise programs to improve physical fitness and general health.
Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal issues such as muscle injuries, joint problems, and spinal conditions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to design and implement comprehensive health and wellness strategies.
Educate clients on injury prevention techniques and self-care practices.
Monitor client progress in rehabilitation programs and make necessary adjustments.
Participate in corporate or organizational health and wellness programs to enhance employee quality of life.
Design and implement health and wellbeing programs to promote employee wellness.
Conduct regular assessments of employee health and wellbeing needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Provide training sessions and workshops on health-related topics.
Offer one-on-one support and counseling to employees regarding health issues and lifestyle changes.
Work closely with management to integrate wellbeing initiatives into the workplace culture.
Communicate health and wellbeing resources and initiatives to all employees through newsletters, meetings, and other channels.
Monitor participation in health programs and prepare reports on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the workplace.
Manage budgets and resources for health and wellbeing programs effectively.
Foster partnerships with local health organizations to enhance program offerings.
