Your Role:
As Project Manager (Marine), you'll own the technical, operational, and commercial delivery of turnkey logistics projects across offshore renewables, oil & gas, nuclear, and more. From tendering to execution, you'll ensure projects hit time, budget, and safety targets while leading client discussions, managing risks, and driving profitability. Mentor junior engineers, innovate solutions, and shape our client's processes with your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full contract and project delivery oversight
- Risk, cost, and quality management
- Client relationship building and tender support
- Engineering documentation and team leadership
What You Bring:
- Essential: Degree or marine qualification, proven multimodal logistics experience, marine operations expertise, and strong project management skills
- Desirable: Master's degree, 5+ years in heavy-lift operations, AutoCAD knowledge, and security vetting eligibility
- Must-have: Drive, communication, problem-solving, valid UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK
