Analyst - Global Payroll Systems
Reporting line Adviser Global Payroll Systems
Scope Your scope will include (but not limited to) below
- Perform user acceptance testing due to payroll system changes and ensure that desired outcomes are met
- Identify, document, and track any issues or bugs found during UAT.
- Creation/Update of user documentation, Job Aid's, DTP’s.
- Work on system enhancements and customization requests, liaising with SAP Technical teams as required.
- Perform testing to monitor ESPS process health, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal control standards, and local regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to ESPS team members, where required
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, HR, or related field
- Qualifications and certifications in the following areas ITIL and SAP
- Experience with SAP & Payroll processes
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll systems testing, validation and reporting.
- Ability to multi -task, to work in a constantly changing, fast -paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards
- Strong analytical skills and proven technical skills in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and end-users.
- Strong team player.
