MinRes tightens grip on smaller rival Delta Lithium amid sector consolidation

Australia’s Mineral Resources is continuing to push forward in the country’s lithium sector consolidation play, upping its major stake in local miner Delta Lithium.
According to a filing on the Australian Securities Exchange on Wednesday, Chris Ellison-led MinRes has beefed up a 24.27% stake in Delta.
