Judge restores operating license at Vale’s Onça Puma mine

Brazilian miner Vale SA said on Thursday that a judge had restored the operating license at its Onça Puma nickel mine in the state of Para and that mining activity had resumed.
The company said on Monday that a state agency had suspended its operating license due to an alleged non-compliance with local regulations.
