Iamgold reports fatality at Cote gold project in Ontario

Miner Iamgold said on Friday a person was found unconscious near the camp accommodation complex at its Cote gold project in Ontario and couldn’t be resuscitated.
The person, who was employed by a contractor at the project, was not engaged in mining or construction activities, according to Iamgold.
Authorities were investigating the cause of death, the company said.
