Chile’s mining ministry accepts Cochilco head’s resignation

Chile’s mining ministry on Tuesday said it has accepted the resignation of the head of the country’s copper commission Cochilco, Joaquin Morales.
Morales, who had been in office since March 2022, will be replaced on an interim basis by the agency’s current prosecutor Claudia Rodriguez.
