Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors such as Human Resources, Law, International Economics & Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in international HR, overseas employment compliance, labor law, and Global Mobility.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations across multiple countries and regions, with experience managing overseas employment for multinational corporations.
4. Familiar with overseas employment models, including:
- Local Employment
- Employer of Record (EOR)
- Independent Contractor
- Labor Dispatch / Agency Workers
- Outsourced Employment
Responsibilities
1. Establish and continuously improve the company's overseas employment compliance framework to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in each country.
2. Research and monitor changes in labor laws, employment policies, taxation, and social security systems across key overseas regions (especially Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and South America), providing timely professional advice to business units.
3. Design and support overseas employment solutions, including but not limited to:
- Local Employment
- Employer of Record (EOR)
- Independent Contractor
- Labor Dispatch
- Fixed-term Employment Contracts
