Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all document control activities for engineering, procurement, construction, and project management documentation
- Manage document workflows, transmittals, review cycles, approvals, and distribution processes
- Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest approved versions are available to project stakeholders
- Maintain document management systems (EDMS) and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility
- Coordinate document turnover packages and project closeout documentation
- Train and provide guidance to project personnel regarding document control processes and systems
- Generate reports and metrics related to document status, overdue reviews, and project document performance
- Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Client representatives to resolve documentation issues and maintain project schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, project management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of document control principles, workflows, and lifecycle management
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, Assai, Procore, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of transmittals, controlled documents, document coding, revision control, and project turnover processes
- English Proficient (C1)
