Job Summary**

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards within Minera Panama S.A.'s facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of various construction and maintenance tasks.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various A/C units and systems.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot A/C system malfunctions, performing necessary repairs or replacements.
* Utilize a range of Hand Tools and operate Heavy Machinery Operation safely and efficiently.
* Assist with general Building Repairs, including Plastering and Flooring Installations.
* Handle and maintain tools and equipment properly, demonstrating proficiency in Tool Handling.
* Collaborate effectively as a Team Player with other technicians and departments to complete projects.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
* Utilize knowledge of Construction Materials in daily tasks.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience as an A/C Technician or similar role.
* Demonstrated Maintenance Skills in a industrial or commercial setting.
* Proficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy Machinery Operation relevant to HVAC and general maintenance.
* Strong understanding of Building Repairs, Plastering, and Flooring Installations.
* Expertise in using Hand Tools and performing Tool Handling safely.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a Team Player.
* Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
