Electrical Construction Manager – Data Centre Project – Belgium - Contract!
We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Construction Manager to join a major Data Centre construction project in Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile, technically challenging project within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all electrical construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and programme requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager within large-scale construction projects.
- Previous Data Centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and construction methodologies.
- Experience managing M&E subcontractors and large site teams.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and construction sequencing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving project environment.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and industry certifications.
- Health & Safety knowledge with a strong commitment to safe working practices.
