Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Information Technology Lead, you will be part of the Information Technology Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Resolve or escalate all calls forwarded by Regional Service Desk and ensure timely data entry into the ticketing system;
- Providing Tier 1+ and above technical support to a business unit’s employees;
- Maintaining working components through repair and/or replacement;
- Ensure adequate inventory for computers and spare parts;
- Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties;
- Assisting employees and contractors with hardware and software challenges;
- Provide all the necessary assistance to the users;
- Resolve all hardware issues related to technological equipment;
- Configure Desktop Phones, Mobile Phones, Tablet, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Wireless Access Points, Cameras, etc.;
- Participate in on call rotation.
What You Need To Succeed
- College Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent;
- 1 year of experience in the computer service field;
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

- Schedule: 4 /3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
