We are currently looking for an Sales Coordinator based in Antwerp, Belgium, to support our European operations.
Responsibilities
• Day to day follow up and service to the customer
• Making quotations for C-customers in collaboration and/or on instruction of the Area Sales Manager/Director
• Order processing SQM EMEAI: order reception (by phone, e-mail), input and confirmation to customers for EMEAI
• Order processing SQM China (invoiced through SQME): order reception (by phone, e-mail), input and confirmation to customers in China
• Coordination with logistics companies to organize deliveries by different means of transportation • Coordination between Sales and Logistics department (instructing on preparation of goods in the warehouse for loading on customer request).
• Coordination between Sales and Finance department (check/installation of credit lines and follow-up of overdue invoices)
• Collaboration/document research with auditors
• Preparation and follow-up on CphI Europe participation, including stand-building and exhibition organisation communication
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
