Qualifications

Successful candidates should have the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or similar with a preferred concentration in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Motivated self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work under pressure, and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and experience with document control systems, PowerBI, and inventory management programs/software would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all company documents and records to
Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
Oversee version control, distribution, and retrieval of documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Collaborate with various teams to gather, review, and finalize documents for project execution.
Conduct regular audits of documentation and processes to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
Assist on research and project assignments, research negotiations, trends and economic analysis.
Collaborate with help desk and network operations teams to determine and resolve end user issues.
Plan, coordinate, and communicate all system changes.
Participate as a support to business improvement initiatives.
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business.
Participation in the health and safety programs of Teck to ensure that everyone on site goes home safe and healthy every day.

All students will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing prior to commencing work.

Wage Range: $65,000 - $81,000

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
