Your Impact
In the Specialist EBS Portfolio Management role, you will oversee the strategic planning, governance, and execution of IT applications within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Your leadership will ensure projects align with business goals, are efficiently managed, and deliver high-impact results.
As part of our team, you will
- Develop and implement IT portfolio management strategies.
- Ensure governance, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Lead IT projects within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Manage risks, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP systems such as S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, Fiori, Ariba, and Concur.
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP preferred).
- Experience managing SAP projects (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, Asset Management).
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Working Conditions
- The preferred location for this position is the corporate headquarters in Denver, CO but qualified candidates in other US locations, Canada, or Mexico are also encouraged to apply as remote options may be considered.
- If hired in Canada the applicable base salary range is CAD $118,320 to 155,295

The salary range offered for this role is USD $110,160-144,585. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
