Quality Process System Manager
Earthstream are currently looking for a Quality Process System Manager to assist projects in both Norway and France. This is to start as soon as possible and is offering long term collaboration with one of the worlds leading Cable Manufacturing companies
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage, develop and maintain the overall Management System architecture and mapping
- Define with the Process Owners and the Subject Matter Experts the governing procedures and governing documents for the business
- Organize workshops as needed to foster harmonization and simplification
- Manage schedule and KPIs
- Report on progress and escalate issues
- Coordinate with the third party certification - ISO 9001/14001 & 4500, including audit preparation, schedule and planning,
- Coordinate with internal auditing as needed
- Lead cross-functional mission-based teams
Requirements (but not limited to):
- Solid project management skills in an international environment
- Experience in project and industrial businesses
- Good knowledge in management systems according to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills in English. French a plus
- University degree MSc or MBA or similar
