Role: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant according to established procedures, ensuring production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control plant equipment, following supervisor instructions.
- Perform routine operational tasks, including log sheet entries and shift handover.
- Optimize production by communicating with other operators.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Perform and analyze sample results.
- Execute safe plant shutdowns and startups.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete required training modules.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or equivalent.
- 12+ years of operational experience in fertilizer or chemical plants.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of chemical processes and equipment.
