This roster is a 7-day rotating roster, day shift only, 12 hours a day.

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Exploration Technician, the purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and timely processing of core samples and field activities for exploration programs. This includes processing all diamond drill core, collecting RC samples, using GPS for drill collars, and performing various tasks related to exploration and daily operations at the Core Shed. The role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of exploration efforts
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering core processing in timely efficient manner
- Providing a high level of data collection and QAQC
- Developing skills to work autonomously and part of a team
- Managing time and explorations needs
- Communicating with leaders and contractors
- Demonstrating behaviours aligned with the Evolution Mining values.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a Forklift License and a Manual Driver's License, with relevant experience in a similar role. You will possess great communication skills, the ability to adapt to change, and strong problem-solving skills. Ideally you will have received GPS onsite training and be proficient in using Outlook and acQuire. Basic computer literacy, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, teamwork ability, and problem-solving skills are essential.
