Job Purpose
- He will be responsible for process and Process safety improvement in Dry Beneficiation Plant. He shall be leading the implementation of cost saving ideas.
- He will be responsible for monitoring of process parameter on regular basis and guiding operation for further improvement & correction.
- He will be responsible for maintaining the particle sizing distribution from the crushers and improving the efficiency of the Ore Sorters.
- He will be responsible for conducting plant trials.
- He shall be responsible for performing technical studies, implementation plant modification and CAPEX for profit improvement, cost saving projects to meet business plan.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.
- Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
