Key Objectives
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Travel coordinator is responsible for providing all needed support to travel team by preparing all needed paperwork for LC and all sub-contractor visa packages, follow up the visa process procedures in order to keep all related parties updated, submit the visa packages to related authorities such as Basra Oil Company and Ministry of Oil in alignment with company policies as well assupport travel team with different daily tasks when it needed as per travel supervisor advice. Travel coordinator should report to travel supervisor or other contacts as determined by the Company.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Primary point of contact (Iraq based) for all visa requests of LC and sub-contractors
- Work in direct way with sub-contractors for all needed information and requests as advised by related authorities
- Work with LC Supervisors and Managers for needed approvals and adjustments.
- Assessing all issued visas for accuracy and compliance, identifying errors and rectifying as required.
- Review travel in and our report to ensure that everyone had visa in place before travelling in
- Weekly report of all managed work of visa packages or any other provided supports.
- Electronic database management for all personnel profiles

Expected
- Experience with logistics and administration, able to manage documentation and record keeping
- Data management using multiple complex systems
- MS Office skills particularly Excel
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements
- Accuracy, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Competent computer skills; presentation, spreadsheets, document preparation
- Minimum of 5 years in similar roles

- Experience of working with diverse cultures
- Ability to make decisions under pressure without consultation
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels in the organization and various cultural backgrounds
