Job Title: Delivery Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive delivery assistant to support the DIA Delivery Director in managing and coordinating various projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the DIA Delivery Director in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing project status reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the DIA Delivery Director.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the DIA Delivery Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
