Job Summary: The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the digital content and assets for the Global Communications & Marketing Team. This role will focus on content uploading, management of digital assets, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the company's digital estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Content Uploading:
- Regularly update and maintain the company website with the latest content, including trade releases, project profiles, and thought leadership.
- Monitor website performance and provide reports on key metrics.
Brand Portal Management:
- Categorize, tag, and upload content to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including brand assets, logos, templates, and photography.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for the Brand Portal.
- Adjust content and create new sections using the Papirfly CMS.
- Develop and provide metric reports as required.
- Manage and update FAQs based on questions from the Brand Mailbox.
Canva Management:
- Manage team and role assignments on the Canva tool.
- Upload new templates to Canva.
Digital Business Cards and CRM Support:
- Provide back-office support for the roll-out of digital business cards and integration of Marketing Communications campaigns into the global CRM system.
Content Library Management:
- Create and maintain a global Communications and Marketing content library.
- Develop and implement a system for cataloguing, maintaining, and archiving content.
- Ensure alignment with the AutoGenAI system and support its testing and development.
Internal Communications:
- Support implementation of weekly newsletter and SPHERE content.
- Infographic creation on existing tools considering UX experience and brand guidelines.
External Communications:
- Content upload of Beyond Engineering & trade release articles.
- Update coverage books by region/campaign.
Media lists
- Update, refresh, research influencers writing about markets and themes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in website management tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comms and marketing software tools.
- Knowledge of HTML coding is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the highest attention to detail.
