Job Summary
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Lead plays a key role in the successful deployment of the SuccessFactors LMS within their specific country. This role is responsible for ensuring the local requirements, compliance, and stakeholder needs are accurately captured and integrated into the global LMS design and implementation. The LMS Lead will act as the primary liaison between country-level stakeholders and the global project team, ensuring seamless configuration, testing, and rollout of the LMS while aligning with the overall project strategy.
Project Workshops
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the SuccessFactors LMS project in the U.S.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Learning Lead to ensure country-specific requirements are reflected in the LMS configuration workbooks.
- Participate in the Learning design workshops, ensuring alignment with business processes, learning strategies, and compliance standards.
- Facilitate communication between local stakeholders (HR, IT, Compliance, Training Teams) and the global project team.
Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Analysis
- Conduct local needs analysis to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the global LMS design.
- Engage with country-level stakeholders to validate and prioritize learning needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Ensure that country-specific regulatory training and certifications are appropriately configured and tracked in the LMS.
Data Gathering & Validation
- Collaborate with local HR and learning teams to consolidate accurate data for loading into the LMS.
- Work with the Global Data Migration Lead to aggregate course data, assignment profiles and learning history for import into SuccessFactors.
- Validate training content, catalogs, and user data once loaded into SuccessFactors.
Testing
- Participate in iteration, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)
- Coordinate with local learning resources and support them in System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
- Document and report UAT results, addressing any issues or gaps by working with the global project team.
Change Management & Training
- Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and minimize disruption during the LMS rollout.
- Act as a champion for the LMS within the country, ensuring smooth adoption and engagement from stakeholders.
- Support the decommissioning of legacy training tools and processes for their sites.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Ensure the LMS configuration adheres to country-specific learning regulations and corporate compliance policies.
- Identify risks and dependencies at the country level and escalate issues to the global project team as needed.
Knowledge, Skill And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field preferred but not required.
- 2 or more years of proven experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) Specific experience with SuccessFactors LMS a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $28.16 - $40.00 based on experience
