Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Innovation: Conceptualize, analyze, and model engineering components and systems to drive operational improvements.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Independently solve complex problems, balancing technical, operational, and financial requirements.
- Project Leadership: Manage projects, conduct risk assessments (RCA, PHA, RA), and establish PM schedules.
- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Act as a technical reference point, mentor junior engineers, and share best practices.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Research and implement cutting-edge solutions to optimize equipment, systems, and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 10 years' experience.

- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of relevant technical procedures, specifications, and legal frameworks.
