Central Maintenance
- Working knowledge of relevant engineering principles and practices in a rolling mill or relevant industry in engineering and maintenance fields.
- Experience in Maintenance of LV and MV switch gears and electrical standards
- Knowledge and hands on experience on maintenance and troubleshooting of Low voltge and Mediaum voltage AC drives
- Data gathering techniques and various systems for organizing, interpreting data.
- Experience on maintenance of MV synchronous motors
- Knowledge and experience on the maintenance / troubleshooting of flatness/ thickness gauges.
- Experience on working in Logicad software and TCS system in rolling mill
- Computer proficiency and potential in data management and handling backups, process data analyzers like IBA etc
- Experience in Siemens/ ABB PLCs and should be able to modify and troubleshhoting.
- Experience and knowledge of different process networks used in level 1/ level 2 Automation in rolling mill , like profibus/ ethercat/ ethernet
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting on roll grinder machines in roll shop
- Knowledge and experience in Level2 systems used in rolling mill, should be able to modify , troubleshoot set issues in level 2.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
10 years of technical experience in a similar field.
