Roles & Responsibilities
Prepares tendering documentation / Review and format documents
Capturing of tendering data
Keeps track of received data and source documents / document control
Prepares and sorts source documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered
Contacts authors of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Make necessary corrections to information entered
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered
Obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers
Coordinate tender progress meetings; maintain attendance register and meeting minutes
