We are looking for a Traffic Administration Assistant who will support operations teams with tasks in administration, accounting and file maintenance relating to traffic processes. As part of this role, the incumbent will liaise with the traffic team on elements such as documents issuance (letter of credits/ bank guarantees) and BL instructions.

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payments: Preparing payments based on operators’ input.
- Documents: Assisting the Operations Team in issuing documents for negotiating under L/C`s, including issuance of drafts and insurance certificates as well as Certificates of Origin from Chamber of commerce.
- Accounting: Checking freight and storage invoices received from freight providers and warehouse companies.
- Checking digital finalized contract files and preparing them for liquidation.
- Various other admin tasks on regular or ad-hoc basis as needed by the operations.
- Provide administrative support as required, relating to logistics function by systematizing a wide range of clerical procedures.
- Maintains filing duties.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification

- Fluency in English (corporate language).

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to 3 Years relevant experience, including trade finance experience (such as checking Letter of Credits in banks etc.).
- Commercial Job Apprenticeship/ Internship experience beneficial.
