Position：Legal Counsel（Legal- Compliance）
Job Requirements:
Education：Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications are a plus. Law degree from a French-speaking region is mandatory.
Languages：French&English or French&Chinese
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of legal compliance strategies for our international operations.
- Design and implement compliance policies, guidelines, and audit procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to diverse regulatory environments.
Required Experience:
- Strong understanding of business objectives and ability to align legal strategies with organizational goals.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in legal compliance and risk management across international and diverse regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to develop and implement legal compliance programs tailored to different countries.
- Extensive experience in conducting legal compliance assessments and audits.
