About The Role

Reporting to the Superintendent Capability & Development, you will
- Assist in the preparation of training and assessment materials
- Scheduling the delivery and coordination of training sessions
- Delivering training sessions as appropriate, ensuring engaging and effective delivery
- Maintain audit and review schedules to ensure compliance with standards and prepare compliance reports for the business as required.
- Identify, schedule, and follow up on outstanding training requirements to ensure completion, provide training reports to key stakeholders highlighting training needs, requirements, and compliance
- Offer advice on the daily use of the Learning Solution/Training programs to employees
- Maintain accurate employee training records
- Liaise with internal and external parties to identify training needs and services
- Coordinate programs from approved vendor engagement to vendor payment.

It would also be beneficial if you have
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Experience working in the rail industry or mining experience

This role will be based at 7 Mile offered as residential in Karratha on 5/2, 4/3 or FIFO 8/6 from Perth.
