Northvolt CEO steps down after bankruptcy filing
Peter Carlsson, co-founder and leader of Northvolt since 2016, will remain as advisor as he quit a day after the firm filed for bankruptcy.
On November 20, 2012 Glencore and Xstrata shareholders will attend a meeting, where they will vote on the merger of both companies. The transaction is valued at USD 37 billion.
