Uranium price rally – on pause

The French nuclear fuels company move comes in response to Niger's cancellation of Orano's subsidiary mining licence.

Peninsula is anticipating 600,000 lb. of U3O8 production at Lance during the 2025 ramp-up year.

The deal is expected to be completed by early January 2025.

Uranium has been buoyed by growing global support for nuclear energy, with more countries pledging to triple nuclear capacity by 2050.
