Bolivia eases rules on gold holdings as liquidity crunch bites
By law, the institution must keep at least 22 tons of the metal.
Toyota has announced it will invest USD 150 million in mining company Oro Cobre’s lithium mining project located in Salar de Olaroz, Jujuy, Argentina.
The Olaroz mine is already under construction and the initial investment is estimated at ARS 1.3 billion (USD 272 million).
The mine is forecast to produce 16,000 tons of lithium a year.
