Samancor to update workers on wage agreement
Following a meeting yesterday, Samancor Chrome said that it will issue an update to workers regarding their wage agreement.
“It was agreed that management will provide clarification to workers regarding the contents of the wage agreement and its bearing on the workers, due to the fact that proper feedback in this regard could not be given by the unions until now,” the company said.
Samancor noted that the agreement with unions was signed on September 28. The company urged its employees to return to work by Monday.
